You have the option of transferring your personal data directly from one controller to another, provided this is technically feasible. You can exercise your right to data portability in your respective customer account under My Personal Data > Request Data Portability.

If you are asked to provide a blacked-out copy of your ID card in order to provide information about payment method restrictions, this is because this information contains sensitive credit information. To ensure that this sensitive information is only transmitted to you as the authorized person, you are required to verify your identity using the blacked-out copy of your ID card. The copy will be used solely for identification purposes and will be destroyed after the identification process.
