Love the look and feel! You do just need to take your time. I would unravel all the thread next time so I know how much there is and not risk running short in a section of the wheel. Very important - when placing on to check the orientation, make sure to stretch the alcantara around the wheel so that the inside where the stitching goes is as close as possible. If not, it won’t fit or stitch perfectly. Notice in my photo the bottom right stitching on the wheel is not as uniform as the rest. I just know to stretch it a bit more next time. I absolutely love it and am so excited to drive. The feel of it and the look of the honeycomb is amazing!! There is plenty of room to tuck the fabric in around the wheel of a Mazda. The pieces around the wheel are flexible.

The product itself is a 5 star product, though the installation not at all foolproof. I have done stitched steering wheel covers before, so I had a fair idea of what I was getting into. As many other reviews have said, it is important to give yourself *a lot* of time to install this. DO NOT RUSH IT. I ended up taking basically all afternoon because I did it in sections and had to take frustration breaks. It is very tedious, and this one was much tighter than the other cover I installed. The kit is very complete with everything needed (though I did not use the adhesive strips at all). The plastic trim pry tool is super nice and useful especially with tucking in the cover at the 9 and 3 spokes.

This is way nicer than I thought it was going to be. It’s real unlaminated carbon fiber and real suede and I was expecting fake for both at that price. It looks very high end and not at all cheap once it’s installed.You definitely want to watch the video as the instructions in the box are generic. Search for Mewant CX-30 steering wheel on YouTube and it takes you to the specific video for our car. It’s a bit involved but the results make the effort worth the fuss. FYI, the video shows skipping between rows on the cross stitch except in corners. I would suggest not skipping. It takes a bit longer but the results will be better.

his steering cover fits perfectly on my 2023 Mazda3 Hatchback (once installed properly). Packaging is great and it came with everything you need for the install, HOWEVER, the process to install will take you around 2-3 hours at the bare minimum. I would only recommend this to anyone that have the time and ALOT of patience.

P.S. Watching Mewant YouTube video helped a ton. Consider watching it before get started on it.
